What is the processing time to send out orders?
Items that do not have custom items can take two weeks or up to 14 business days to process for ready to ship orders. Custom orders have a turn around time of 14 days to be made (before shipment). 
Please do not place an order if you are unable or unwilling to wait posted processing times.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping, as of right now, takes about 3-5 business days for ready to ship orders per USPS for tracked items. We always have an ETA based off is the USPS guidelines. Please refer to them for the most updated and accurate tracking time. Orders placed with free untracked shipping will not include tracking thus once dropped off there is no way for us to track or try to locate where the order if. Free untracked shipping can take up to 2/3 weeks to be delivered and as soon as 5 business days.
Why did shipping cost go up?
Shipping prices will increase when there is a national increase thus resulting in my shop having to raise our prices as well.
Lost or Stolen packages during/after delivery or Incorrect Address:
Please double check your address when placing orders. Beyourlight will not be sending out replacements due to incorrect address inputted. We will ship out the order with the address inputted. Beyourlight is not responsible for any addresses delivered to the wrong location. We will also not be replacing stolen packages. Please submit a claim with USPS is your package is 
stolen.
Orders placed with free untracked shipping will not include tracking thus once dropped off there is no way for us to track or try to locate where the order if. Free untracked shipping can take up to 2/3 weeks to be delivered and as soon as 5 business days. If free untracked shipping is chosen, order will be shipped in a stamped mailer. Seller will be released of any lost, mossing or stolen mail. Orders will not be replaced or sent out. If this is something of worry, PLEASE pick and pay for tracked shipping. This option also has insurance incase anything were to happen, you will be able to file a claim through USPS.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are shipped, we release all responsibility for the packages.
Preorder Items:
Preorder items will have their ETA on when production will bet finished on the listing itself. You, the buyer, agree to these processing/production times when the order is placed. Refunds will not be given once the order is placed. By submitting your order, you are committing to the product and will be shipped the product once it is received by the
shop.
Chargeback Orders:
For any issues with your order, please email us at beyourlightmerch@gmail.com so we can try to resolve and assist the situation as best as possible. If a charge back is received and these steps were not taken, this will result in being blacklisted from my shop and placing any future orders. Any future orders placed will be canceled if you become blacklisted. Please reach out if assistance if needed.
Enamel Pins:
All enamel pins are considered B grade. All enamel pins will have "BeYourLight.Merch" stamped on the back and include rubber backing. Sides and backing of pins are not in the grading process, thus they will not count during the grading conclusion.
Acrylic Keychains:
All keychains are sold as is and only offered in one grade. They are made individually and may contain some flaws in the product.
Resin Products:
Resin may have little specks of glitter or dust in the piece itself. Resin may contain air bubbles or air pockets as resin works in its own ways. Please become aware of this before purchasing. All sales are final.
Resin Items Care:
All resin items must be stored in a cool area and never in direct sunlight. Do not leave directly in sun or store in warm temperature. Un-proper care for resin items may result in resin to warp in shape or soften when in contact with hot temperatures. Resin is heat sensitive. Please do not leave resin out in the sun or heat as it may warm up the material and become flimsy or even crack at screw attachment. If item ever becomes flimsy due to heat, place resin in cool area on a flat clean surface and resin will once again harden!
**Resin may have a speck of dust, air bubbles/pocket or a random glitter. Resin may have a few small bubbles or a little bit of different colored resin than pictures. Please understand before buying. Sales are as is.Seller is released from any product damage due to improper care once items are shipped out.
If resin becomes soft due to too much heat exposure, place item in cool/cold area out of direct heat or sunlight. Lay item flat when attempting to harden the piece again.
For scannable keychains, **If song is not scanning, please make sure that the code is in front of a solid light colored background! Song will not scan correctly if the background is not solid. You can also hold it in your hand to make a solid background.
Acrylic Album Art Care:
Album arts are made with acrylic hard plastic. Photos are made water resistant for easy cleaning. To clean album art, you may use rubbing alcohol dabbed onto a cotton round/paper towel or glass cleaner.
Tote Bag Care:
All tote bags are made with 100% 5oz natural cotton. Photos are printed on printable paper. To clean, either spot clean or toss in the washer and dryer. To take extra caution if wanted, machine wash warm (tie dye bags cold water ONLY) with no fabric softener and dry on delicate/lower heat setting or hang dry. If wanted, it is able to be washed regularly without extra steps needed, it is only mentioned for preference. Logo is ironed on with vinyl or stamped on.
Tie dye tote bags are all hand made. As normal, bags may become softer
overtime with every wash. This is very normal for tie dye pieces.
Color Changing Cups Care:
Color changing cups are hand made. Wash by hand only. Not dishwater safe. Scrubbing the inside is okay as normal. Gentle scrub the outside only when needed.
Cups will smell like the last drink in the cup if not washed out shortly after being used unless water (i.e. wil smell like energy drinks if energy drinks are left in cup). To avoid this, always rinse the cup out after every use.
Decal may start to peel if caught on cleaning tool. Do not pick at decals. Do not pull off decals. Do not drop as cup may break. Seller is not responsible for cups that crack or peel. Sales are final.
Weatherproof Stickers:
Weatherproof stickers are meant to last for everyday use such as on laptops or water bottles. Please do not submerge or soak sticker products in water, thus causing the sticker the potential to a shorter life span. Direct sunlight may cause sticker to slightly fade overtime.
**How to apply decals:**
Decals will adhere best to smooth, clean surfaces! For best adhering, clean surface with rubbing alcohol and wipe 100% dry (or soap and water but rubbing alcohol works best).
Use a thick card and rub over the transfer tape and decal (the transfer tape will be peeled off once the sticker is adhered to its correct surface).
Continue this process of decal does not properly adhere to the transfer tape. Bend back one corner of the paper backing and adhere the sticker to the surface and slowly remove paper backing while gently pressing down the vinyl.
Use the thick card such as a credit card or gift card and run it over the decal to rid of any bubbles (it’s best to do this step with the step before at the same time to minimize bubbles but it can be tricky at first).
Slowly remove the transfer tape on top. If the decal is lifting, be sure to rub down a tad harder with the gift card. If decal is not sticking at all, attempt to  clean the surface with alcohol (or soap and water but rubbing alcohol works best).

Shipping is in the US only currently until I figure out international shipping. Please be patient with me while I figure this out.
It is your responsibility to include any info needed for the custom keychains. Failure to do so, or if info received is incorrect and was not brought to my attention in time before packed to ship, I cannot change or modify and the buyer will be held responsible. Seller is relieved of any fault if info provided was incorrect and given after product was made, packed to ship, or shipped.
I will try to assist as best as possible within reason but there is no guarantee that disputes can be resolved if seller is not at fault (see about).
